Charles has worked with the company for over 30 years – helping build the company’s expertise and reputation across the world.

Charles leads our international transaction offer – working with colleagues across the world to provide consistent and robust support to clients. Based in our London office, Charles plays a guiding role on many of our most significant projects.  His remit includes providing the ‘single company’ support to our work in traffic/ revenue analysis, in operational and technical and in financial and commercial analysis.

With a depth of experience in important projects across all modes, Charles is known and respected across the industry. His work has crossed all modes – including the core tolls road, transit and high-speed rail projects – and leads our growing maritime offer.  As the infrastructure market widens away from the traditional transport projects, Charles helps to ensure that the Steer’s team continuously repositions itself to reflect changing demand.
